with strong expertise in people analytics to join our People Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights, engaging with senior leaders, and applying your technical expertise to enhance our data analytics processes, delivery, and support broader people analytics initiatives. You will play a crucial role in driving strategic decisions and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze employee performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.

  • Provide deep-dive analyses and insights to support business decisions.

  • People Analytics

  • Conduct comprehensive people analytics to understand workforce dynamics, engagement, retention, and other key HR metrics.

  • Develop predictive models and conduct scenario analyses to inform talent strategy.

  • Collaborate with HR to enhance data-driven approaches to talent acquisition, development, and retention.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand their needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.

  • Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on performance and people analytics matters.

  • Technical Expertise

  • Utilize advanced statistical methods and tools to analyze complex data sets.

  • Continuously enhance data collection processes and systems to improve data quality and accessibility.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in performance and people analytics, as well as data science.

  • Project Management

  • Lead and manage small to medium sized performance and people analytics projects from inception to completion.

  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality analytical outputs.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and people-related improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 4+ years of experience in performance analytics, people analytics, or a similar role.

  • Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, or similar.

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and people analytics platforms.

  • Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
