- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product quality, manufacturing engineering, or product development with mobile, consumer electronics products or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role with/without direct reports, working with a globally distributed team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Master Black Belt in Six Sigma
- Experience in resolving high impact product quality customer escalations.
- Experience launching new products with global telecom carrier and retail partners, with extensive customer-facing engagement.
- Experience in electronics product assembly, inspection and test process development.
- Experience in implementing quality escalation process and ongoing product improvement.
- Excellent problem solving, people management and communication skills, while leading cross-functional teams.
