Salesforce IT Engineer II (CRM Developer)

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field

· 3+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce development

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud

· Good understanding of Opportunity /Case /Account Management processes

· Knowledge of Salesforce Communities and Community Cloud

· Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components

· Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration

· Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant)

· Salesforce Functional Knowledge

· Salesforce PRM

· Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder

· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
