- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in technical and product program management, cost management, and technology insertion of capital programs with products into new and existing design specifications.
- Experience in design specifications and execution of data center facility and product designs and electrical, mechanical, and industrial engineering.
- Experience driving cost benefit analysis and ROI calculations across competitive products.
- Demonstrate expertise in evaluating and managing risk of product and programs, implement mitigation plans for a global NPI approach, collaborate and influence user teams to help reach organizational goals.
