Key job responsibilities- Create, support, improve, and deep dive transportation metrics to provide actionable insights related to delivery cost and customer experience. This will require data gathering and analysis, partnering with external teams, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations.

- 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)
- Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
- BS in Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics/Applied Mathematics, Economics/Applied Economics or in another quantitative and engineering field
- Knowledge of how to improve code quality and optimizes BI processes (e.g. speed, cost, reliability)
- Advanced SQL knowledge and good understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze large data sets to identify complex patterns and relationships resulting in operational insights and actionable projects.

- Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
- Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis
