Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
Advanced knowledge of software architecture, applications, and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., infrastructure, cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc.)
Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight
Knowledge of multiple vendors’ cloud architecture & technologies and demonstrable experience migrating applications to public cloud. Certification as proof of knowledge.
Ability to engage business functions in direct conversation and requirements gathering.
Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to select or recommend the best solutions for the future state architecture
