Broadcom is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join the GTO team. Job duties and requirements include:

• Technical Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge and practical configuration experience with network products, including routers, switches, Wireless Access Points/Controllers, Firewalls, and SONiC Switches.

  • Proficient in advanced networking concepts such as QoS, Routing Protocols (Static, BGP, OSPF), Spanning Tree, VLANs, VPNs (IPSec, SSL), Switch Meshing/Trunking, DNS, and IP addressing.

  • Experienced in WAN design and connectivity, as well as wireless networking. Basic understanding of PSTN and telecommunications circuits, along with strong troubleshooting skills.

  • Solid understanding and experience in IT network security.

• Troubleshooting Expertise: Proven ability to resolve complex network issues, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in network troubleshooting techniques and tools.

• Vendor Management: Skilled in working with outsourced vendors to meet SLA requirements effectively.

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is required. Advanced certifications or post-graduate degrees are highly desirable.

• Experience: You should bring at least 8+ years of hands-on experience, during which you have developed specialized knowledge, broad functional expertise, and strong technical leadership. Your ability to provide technical direction and innovative solutions will be crucial in this role.

• Skills and Competencies:

  • Self-driven with a proven track record of excelling in teamwork, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Capable of thriving in fast-paced environments, effectively collaborating with clients, management, support teams, and colleagues.

  • Extensive experience in managing multiple, concurrent global projects, demonstrating robust project management capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $94,000 - $150,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
