This role will be responsible for winning business. Should have product knowledge of Imaging modality. Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume, margin and compliance requirements). Responsible for medium-sized sales territories.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Selling Imaging product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects to Government account (s) within the geographic area of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana

  • Utilizing in-depth knowledge of own and others sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policy/strategy

  • Having knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

  • Using some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers

  • Prioritizing information for decision making. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions

  • This role will work as an individual contributor

  • Acting as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues

Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably an engineering and management degree

  • Govt customer handling experience for minimum 2+ years and overall experience of at least 7+ years

  • Knowledge of the territory at government space

  • Knowing the government customers/users in the territory + bureaucracy

  • Knowledge or experience of working with Diagnostic Imaging equipments (preferably of GE HealthCare)

  • Experience of working as Government Account Manager in GE HealthCare Govt space

  • Knowledge/ experience of Government Turnkey projects shall be an added advantage

Desired Characteristics
  • The candidate should posses good verbal communication skill, computer presentation skills with excel, has a flair of brief and to the point communication through email and letter writing.

  • The candidate should be ready for frequent travels within both the states for job purpose and hence good health and physique is a must.

  • Candidate should be a pleasing personality with commitment to the customer and patience for job results.
