About the Role
As a Growth Client Partner with Uber Advertising, you will work hand in hand with an Uber Eats Delivery Partner Manager to drive value for our Restaurant partners through the adoption of advertising products across Uber and Uber Eats. You'll be responsible for building relationships with media/marketing customers at brands and agencies, and developing the sales strategy. You will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to bring value and build a mutually beneficial relationship. You will report to the Head of Enterprise Restaurants, UK.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Partner with our Delivery Partnerships team to develop and implement ads strategies that deliver on your Enterprise Restaurant partners’ needs and exceed quarterly growth goals
- Build relationships with Director, VP and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision makers within brands and agencies
- Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations
- Be an indispensable cross-functional partner across Enterprise Partnerships, Product, Marketing and Operations team ensure we are delivering on partner needs
- Expand ads product adoption that deliver on partner goals
- Develop pitch narratives that scale across our Ads team and drive growth
- Be ready to wear many hats to build our business and jump in to help your teammates
- Be the voice of the customer to help inform future Ads product roadmaps
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of adverting experience, preferably in performance advertising/account management
- Experience in defining & scaling strategies/processes
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities that impact advertising strategies
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships and close deals
- Sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
- Ability to employ creative thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex client needs and develop innovative advertising solutions
- Proven skills in negotiation and deal-making, showcasing value creation and innovative solutions
- Digital Marketing or Aggregator experience preferred
