You will be part of a growing, talented team responsible for providing oversight for the crisis management framework for the enterprise. You will support critical team functions including, operational crisis management, training and exercise program development and delivery, and well-managed program governance that can meet the challenges of second and third line partners as well as regulators.

General Responsibilities:

  • Develop and leverage key relationships with stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across the enterprise

  • Create and maintain formal process documentation that can withstand challenge, audit, and exam

  • Excel at automation and/or risk-reduction of manual processes

  • Conduct and facilitate planning efforts across crisis partners and teams

  • Support training and exercise development and execution

  • Support and lead ECM responses to incidents and events

  • Participate in the development of a comprehensive annual strategy

  • Collecting data and information, using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to senior leadership and executives

  • Identify and implement process improvements driving issue resolution and risk mitigation activities

  • Acting as a subject matter expert to effectively partner with customers to achieve desired outcome or improvement by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in project or program management

  • At least 2 years of experience engaging with operational controls or risk management frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 4+ years of crisis management, business continuity management, or a related discipline

  • 4+ years of experience supporting internal stakeholders

  • 1+ years of experience in fast-paced, highly-adaptive roles

  • 1+ years of experience in facilitating and leading discussions across disciplines and all levels of seniority

  • 1+ years of Google suite experience

  • 1+ years of experience in controls development, controls management, and reporting activities

  • Strong organization skills and ability to support multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong relationship building skills, customer focus and ability to collaborate across teams to deliver

  • Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills to confidently interact with and lead meetings at all levels, including executives

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively respond to shifting priorities, demands and timelines

New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $134,100 - $153,000 for Prin Assoc, Cyber Risk & AnalysisThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
