Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:​

• Manage day-to-day operational needs and requests.
• Create and balance a budget to ensure financial security for equipment needs.
• Respond to customer comments in a timely fashion and address concerns with Café Management team.
• Oversee Korean Station Menus and communicate with Samsung Headquarters and Subsidiaries.
• Ensure catering requests are fulfilled, Catering Menu system updated and complete monthly verification.
• Review and Validate Café monthly Subsidies.
• Coordinate Customer Secret Shopper program.
• Support VIP caterings, reservations, meal offerings and layout.
• Process monthly invoices and procure purchase orders with-in budget.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate purchasing kitchen equipment that need replacement before out of service.
• Maintain vendor employee meal fund system.
• Assist with coordination of company-wide events.
• Develop Café Operational plans while working closely with Café Management team.
• Gain customer feedback and prepare necessary action plans to make continual improvements.
• Maintain and track café management team monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual collectables.
• Conduct regular audits at nights or weekends depending on company needs.
• Support Retail Amenities Store operations, total of 6-7 businesses providing services onsite.​

Here's What You'll Need:​

• BS degree required or equivalent work experience

• Must be proficient in Korean Language.
• Preferred over 5 year’s food service industry experience.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

• Preferred knowledge on Korean Cuisine.
