Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing operational issues, developing monitoring solutions, performing infrastructure maintenance and configuration, updating, tracking and resolving technical challenges. Responsibilities also include working alongside development, updating/enhancing our current software, automation of support processes and documentation of our systems.Bangalore, KA, IND

- 2+ years of software development, or 2+ years of technical support experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience in Unix
- Experience scripting in modern program languages

- Experience with AWS, networks and operating systems
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
- Experience with SQL databases (querying and analyzing)
