You support the analysis and preparation of data from digital marketing campaigns and the creation of reports and dashboards
You will help research and prepare information on competitors, market trends and best practices in global service marketing
You will also support us in collecting, analysing and evaluating feedback on marketing measures in order to identify potential for optimization
You will support the team in various projects, including coordination of tasks, research and organisational and administrative activities
You will help with planning, creating presentations, compiling relevant documents as well as taking minutes and following up on workshop results
You are at the beginning of your Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Economics or a comparable degree programme. Specialising in marketing, service management, sales management or digital marketing is an advantage
You have basic knowledge of marketing strategies and concepts (e.g. customer journey, marketing mix), service marketing (e.g. customer experience, customer loyalty)
You have a competent handling of MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and Conceptboard
Initial practical experience in marketing, online marketing, customer service or customer relationship management as well as project experience are an advantage
You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
A clear and friendly communication style, both verbally and in writing, is a matter of course for you
You have an understanding of customer needs and are solution-orientated
You have the ability to analyse customer data and derive conclusions for marketing
You are comfortable working with marketing and sales teams in an international environment with different cultures
Ideally, you are familiar with the medical technology industry or the healthcare sector
