ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory for HDI & Functional BRC to ensure efficient stock levels and availability.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Perform data summarization and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Issue Follow-Up: Track and follow up on engineering-related issues as assigned by the supervisor.

• ทำหน้าที่ผู้ช่วยการดูแลจัดการสินค้าคงคลังของแผนก เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ามีปริมาณสินค้าที่เพียงพอและพร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ
• ทำหน้าที่ผู้ช่วยด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและการสรุปรายงาน ดำเนินการสรุปข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการตัดสินใจและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงาน
• ฝึกทักษะผู้ช่วยติดตามปัญหาด้านวิศวกรรม ตรวจสอบและติดตามปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิศวกรรมตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าปัญหาถูกแก้ไขอย่างเหมาะสมและทันเวลา

REQUIRED:

• Pursuing a High vocational in Digital Business Technology, Computer Technology, Business Administration, and related fields.

PREFERRED:

• Proactively working with a team and having attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented, Unity, Learning, and Flexible.

SKILLS:

• Knowledge in data analysis.
• Good skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able communication in English.

คุณสมบัติ

• กำลังศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) ในสาขาเทคโนโลยีธุรกิจดิจิทัล, เทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงานเป็นทีม และใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
• มุ่งเน้นเป้าหมาย มีความสามัคคี พร้อมเรียนรู้ และปรับตัวได้ดี
• มีความรู้ด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
• มีพื้นฐานในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Excel, Word และ PowerPoint ได้
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐาน เพื่อรองรับการทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีความหลากหลาย
