Some of the details you can expect in your day-to-day:
- Play an integral role in sales/booking forecasting. Drive appropriate behaviour within the sales organization around planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a global environment
- Collaborate and drive the budgeting process ensuring realistic alignment on aggressive growth plans with a focus on execution and achievable objectives
- Partner with both sales and finance in creating and managing short and long term KPIs, forecasts, and business/Go To Market models
- Mentor and grow other team members
- Exceptional communication skills. You are able to speak confidently with C-Level execs and explain complex sales concepts to non-sales personnel across the organization
- Demonstrative initiative and creativity in problem solving and approaches to work
- Meticulous attention-to-detail combined with an inquisitive and analytical mindset
- Understanding of sales models and concepts, such as how commission structures work

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component.
These ranges representthe lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.
An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
