In this role, you’ll:


Own the end-to-end visitor experience and are expected to:

  • Manage end-to-end logistics as a briefing consultant to ensure a seamless experience
  • Provide high-level SAP story as part of the welcome experience
  • Ability to be a storyteller for the Inspire Area in the Experience Center Berlin
  • Organize customer and partner events with 50+ participants
  • Manage operational processes/ tasks with GRF & IT
  • Fulfill other tasks as assigned


Who you are:


You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • You are an enrolled student in the advanced phase of a bachelor's degree program, or in a master's degree program with a focus on project management, communication, business administration, management
  • You have gained first practical experiences, preferably in sales and pre-sales roles, operations, project management and event management
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You feel confident in holding presentations in front of customers
  • You can break down complex problems and confidently manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic work environment
  • Internship period: 6 months, full time availability starting November 2024
