As a Programmer Analyst Manager, you will manage a diverse team of Programmer Analysts, Data Engineers, and Support Engineers. You will collaborate with product and technical stakeholders to solve challenging data and infrastructure efficiency problems as you drive improvements in three functional areas:Key job responsibilities
- Recognizing and recommending process and engineering improvements that reduce failures and improve efficiency

- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience, including managing engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and program roles
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in triaging and managing operational issues
- Experience in data modeling, ETL workflows, SQL, Spark, and performance tuning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Looker, QuickSight, or Amplitude
- Experience with AWS services (Lambda/Redshift/Kinesis/SQS/SNS)
- Experience using big data technologies (EMR, Kinesis, Spark, S3, Redshift, DynamoDB, Airflow, etc)
- Experience in system/architecture design
- Experience with iterative, agile development methodologies (including scrum)
- Excellence in verbal and written communication with peers and senior leaders
