What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Design electronics for testers/fixtures automation in collaboration with other test engineers. This includes digital logics, power conversion, signal conditioning, and microcontrollers
- Create, read, interpret, and diagnose schematics, wiring diagrams, and circuits
- Support bring-up, validation, and development of new designs
- Investigate novel solutions to simplify testing automation
- Provide remote and occasional on-site support for product deployment and updates
- Manage multiple projects in parallel
- Experience and/or a keen interest in hands-on embedded engineering work in electronics or silicon testing environments
- Experience working with and debugging common protocols, like JTAG, SWD, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, I2C, Ethernet, etc.
- Experience with digital and analog circuits design
- Knowledge of Linux & shell scripting and automation
- Python coding experience with an emphasis on organization, structure and reusability preferred
- Silicon manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with RTOS programming using ARM cortex microcontroller (C/C++) preferred
- Exposure to data analytics and database querying with MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite
