Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:
Define and execute a multi-year strategy for a merchant crypto wallet enabling checkout acceptance, programmable settlement in fiat or stablecoins, and integrated value-added services.
Establish a unified product vision and roadmap across teams, aligning stakeholders around clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
Influence product architecture and design, balancing innovation, regulatory requirements, and profitability to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
Develop and launch treasury and working-capital products, including receivables-backed financing and collateralized borrowing against digital assets or stablecoins.
Drive experimentation and data-driven optimization to improve monetization, retention, and merchant ROI, supported by executive reviews and investment cases.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to meet licensing, KYC/KYB, AML, sanctions, tax reporting, and custody standards across jurisdictions.
Champion the merchant experience, using research, analytics, and usability insights to guide product decisions and enhance satisfaction.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver compliant, high-impact financial products that meet global merchant needs.
Implement operational rigor through business and product reviews that drive execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Foster adaptability and innovation in a dynamic environment, empowering teams to test, learn, and iterate rapidly.
Expected Qualifications:
10+ years relevant experience in product management and a Bachelor’s degree, deep experience in merchant payments, wallets/treasury, or fintech credit, OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Crypto/digital assets exposure required.
2 years of experience leading others
Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing financial products (wallets, payments, lending/borrowing).
Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, token economics, wallet infrastructure, and compliance frameworks related to digital assets.
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance growth, risk, and regulatory requirements.
Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $188,000 to $323,950
