作为制造部主管，你是生产运作的掌控者，数据的分析师，产品质量和产量的执行者，各个部门的协调者，你将：
- 实时跟进生产状况，与工程/品管/技术等部门合作解决产品和生产相关问题。
- 负责TI成都和TI全球工厂的各种项目，实现效率提升，制造成本降低与生产交期改善。
Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，理工科类专业，工业工程和管理类优先（2023-2024毕业生少于24个月工作经验也可投递）;
- 对半导体行业有热情，对芯片制造感兴趣，能接受无尘车间工作环境；
- 能接受白夜班倒班（上两天休息两天，白班夜班两个月轮换一次，白班7：45 ~ 20：00,夜班19：45 ~ 8：00）
- 较强的组织、沟通、协调能力，团队精神和抗压能力
- 能够用英语读写交流，熟练使用Excel，PowerPoint等办公软件。
