What you will do:

  • Ensure and monitor that processing is within procedural guidelines and timelines standards. Review and process invoices to ensure compliance with policy.
  • Make sure that processes meet all audit and compliance requirements - work closely together with other teams and departments as needed.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of invoice entries assigned to various records.
  • Independently deal with variable accounting issues with potentially broader business impact.
  • Oversee the accounting activity related to a specific operation of the business.
  • Support the direct manager with operational and people management related tasks
  • Actively participate in projects related to the function - coordinate smaller project related activities
  • Provide guidance to lower level team members.
  • Act a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

What we need from you:

  • At least 1.5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (as well as in-depth analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools/methodologies)
  • Strong English language skills
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision and the ability to prioritize
  • Developed communication and diplomacy skills in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information.
