DESCRIPTION

Key job responsibilities
• Lead strategic Deployment Readiness projects with significant technical depth and breadth;
• New Product Introduction (NPI) TPM acts as the leader for new Robotics solutions during pre-GA phases, planning, scheduling and executing Alpha and Beta deployments;
• End-to-end ownership of large-scale Robotics deployment projects and delivery including resources, CAPEX, schedule and vendor management;
• Provide iterative feedback on Work Instructions and execution plans to achieve consistent outputs;
• Complex stakeholder management: work very closely with the Real Estate, IT, launch and Operations teams from project start to end;
• Manage large third-party installation teams during the execution of Alpha and Beta deployments;
• Lead technical design reviews and propose design solutions for material handling and storage solutions that meet both business needs and leverage global design standardization;
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards;
• Drive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholders and external partners;
• Communicate project status, drive and elevate decision making and help requests;

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience leading overall end-to-end project delivery including resources, CAPEX, schedule and vendor management;
- Experience leading technical design reviews and proposing design solutions for material handling and storage solutions;
- Experience managing critical path schedules;
- Experience leading an internal project team and several external Engineering Contractors;
- Experience creating, submitting and tracking relevant Capex documentation to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and best overall value;
- Experience owning and developing technology innovations and solutions;
- Excellent business communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Able to write clear and persuasive papers;


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- MS in Engineering, Robotics or related field
- Working knowledge using MS Excel, AutoCAD, BIM360, MS Project and related software
- Experience investigating technical details and leading problem resolution
- Experience in delivering against KPIs
- Experience providing equipment projections to procurement and partner for best value and competition
