About Our Program
Engineer Development Program provides training on routine assignments under the guidance of senior engineers. You will develop competence in the role by performing structured work assignments while using existing procedures to solve both routine and standard problems.As part of the development program, you will build strong working relationships across teams andin hands-on projects and technical seminars to build your skills and career path in the fast-growing semiconductor industry.
RoleResponsibilities:
Work closely with senior engineers on design, development & improvements tostate-of-the-artcathodes, electrodes, pumping, gas delivery systems and chamber’s materials for wafer processing reactors
Design ormodifymechanical engineeringlayouts/schematics/specificationsof moderate scope
Perform engineering analysis; perform and document engineering tests
Generate related alpha/gamma documentation for product release
Coordinate the procurement and assembly of mechanical components/equipment andidentifysources of critical parts and subsystems to resolve moderately complex technical issues
Troubleshoot a variety of mechanical problems of moderate difficultly
Implement concepts of moderate product issues and mechanical solutions
Design, develop and the implementation of custom mechanical tooling, fixturing, and associated processes to enable the handling, assembly and/or disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies,and final assemblies throughout the product life cycle
MinimumQualifications:
Students graduating with aPhDdegree inMechanical Engineeringor a related fieldfrom an accredited college or university, with an expected graduation date between December, 2024 and June, 2025.
Good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
PreferredQualifications:
internship or related field experience
