Minimum Qualifications
  • B.S. Degree minimum in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science or related field and 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in leading a project from early development to high volume production
  • Experience in the development of module processes & its integration in back-end processes of Flat Panel Display & Touch industry or other related industries
  • Experience in DOE, data analysis, or SPC control
  • Experience in failure mode analysis, root cause investigation, and problem solving for product yield and quality issue.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ph.D. or M.S. degree in Physics, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in related field preferred
  • Project Management Skills- Excellent data handling, documentation, critical milestone creation, and organization skill
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and demonstrated leadership ability
  • Ability for International business travel to support project implementation and collaborate with external vendors for product manufacturing
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
