You will report directly to our Customer Success Manager and you'll work out ofour Raleigh, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with ourproducts and services
  • Comprehend customer business needsand provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Work with cross-functional teams todrive customer-centric initiatives and ensure seamless customer onboarding andimplementation
  • Analyze customer data and provideinsights to drive continuous improvement and enhance the customer experience
