You will report directly to our Customer Success Manager and you'll work out ofour Raleigh, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with ourproducts and services
- Comprehend customer business needsand provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Work with cross-functional teams todrive customer-centric initiatives and ensure seamless customer onboarding andimplementation
- Analyze customer data and provideinsights to drive continuous improvement and enhance the customer experience
