Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
You will work in close collaboration with the project director and the project managers and you will have as missions:
• Manage, monitor, update documentation related to the project's On/Off-Boarding actions.
• Collect, analyze and report agile performance metrics.
• Assist teamleaders in the implementation of agile governance frameworks.
• Contribute to monitoring and updating project backlogs, in collaboration with each team (BI/.NET/OPS/JAVA)
• Provide logistical support and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
• Monitor actions resulting from agile meetings and workshops, and ensure their resolution within the allotted time frame.
• Provide administrative support for the project.
