Job Description
  • Provides complex assistance to multiple regional managers and property administrators for assigned buildings.
  • Accountable for project set-up, administration, and close-out. Top line accountablity to senior market leadership.
  • Provides assistance to entire market on portfolio-wide initiatives, and maintaining compliance with corporate procedures.
  • Assists corporate territory facilities manager with coordinating all activities within their assigned market. Directs and responds to all general inquiries.
  • Acts as a backup for corporate facilities manager.
