Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work to meet expected service levels and business performance goals by performing HR Reporting day-to-day delivery of services.
  • Generate standard, ad hoc reports and teach requesters how to extract data viaSAP, West Digital (WD) SuccessFactors (SF) to support the self-service model.
  • Support annual processes; including performance management, succession planning, compensation planning, budgeting, etc
  • Runs regular audits over HR data and reports issues to be corrected.
  • Maintain or update business intelligence tools, dashboards, systems, or methods.
  • Take ownership of all HR Reporting assigned tasks, initiatives, and inquiries and make sure that they are resolved / completed efficiently and with a superior level of quality.
  • Assist and encourage users to make effective use of self-service reporting options and systems to drive rapid resolution and empower customers; educate and inform customers of the full range of reporting options available to them.
  • Submit regulatory/government reporting in an accurate and timely manner & maintaining clear records of all submissions and communications.
  • Respond to requests / inquiries from stakeholders as prioritized by management and execute on the key tasks and activities within People Analytics in accordance with defined procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all Data Protection Regulations in respect of the provision of information
  • Work in collaboration with other People Analytics team members to execute tasks and fulfill key deliverables, seeking input and assistance as needed.
  • Establish and maintain a confidential and sensitive work environment, focusing on customer service by handling all stakeholder requests in a professional manner.
  • Implementation and testing of change requests for reporting solutions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned based on business need.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education or Equivalent Experience: Bachelor's in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes, and reporting tools
  • Experience with SF reporting tools (Table, Canvas, Tiles, Dashboard, Story)Functional knowledge to perform reporting in SAP and West Digital (WD).
  • Strong understanding of global HR data and data privacy laws e.g. GDPR
  • Ability to analyze standard out of the box reports to map to legacy reports and develop custom reports.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to interact with multiple team members across various departments and functional areas.
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Education or Equivalent Experience: Bachelor's in Human Resource
  • Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects
  • Experience with HRMS such as UltiPro, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors or other
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI (a Microsoft application)
  • Experience working with virtual teams across diverse geographical locations

Travel Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel up to 5-10% of the time
