University Degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar
Good development skills, e.g., Golang (preferred), Node.js, or willingness to learn Golang and a common understanding of Kubernetes and container technology
Experience working in agile software development processes (Scrum)
High interest of growing from software development into a more managerial role
A team-player mindset with strong collaboration skills
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
