Job responsibilities
- Develop and lead a QA team
- Coach and lead by example to drive results
- Are very comfortable communicating with Team specialist and customers in a metrics-driven environment

Required Qualification, Skills and Capabilities:
Graduates, preferably in Commerce
- Minimum of 2 years management experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience in a role focused on Quality completion, analysis, and reporting preferred
- Strong knowledge interpreting and analyzing data
- Ability to influence internal business partners
- Ability to operate with urgency and meet deadlines
- Experience presenting expectations, time-lines and deliverables to all levels of leadership
