Quality Associate I, 601 Grade CCB - Regulatory and Event Operations – Quality Assurance

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a QA team
  • Coach and lead by example to drive results
  • Are very comfortable communicating with Team specialist and customers in a metrics-driven environment
  • Select and retain talent; responsible for performance management of that talent
  • Have a customer focus
  • Operate with a sense of urgency and use problem solving skills to resolve any issues that arise
  • Are very comfortable communicating with the leadership team all metric driven data
  • Are able to navigate multiple technologies while staying engaged on leading a team
  • Demonstrate resiliency, and extreme adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong Manager skills with the ability to have detailed conversations with direct reports and customers
  • Document Employee activities thoroughly and concisely
  • Demonstrates personal excellence including punctuality, integrity, and accountability

Required Qualification, Skills and Capabilities:

Graduates, preferably in Commerce

  1. Minimum of 2 years management experience strongly preferred
  2. Prior experience in a role focused on Quality completion, analysis, and reporting preferred
  3. Strong knowledge interpreting and analyzing data
  4. Ability to influence internal business partners
  5. Ability to operate with urgency and meet deadlines
  6. Experience presenting expectations, time-lines and deliverables to all levels of leadership
