Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in IC test and reject validation techniques.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in IC test and reject validation techniques.
- Experience in data analytics, especially to identify commonalities and abnormalities.
- Knowledge of semiconductor device physics, failure mechanisms, and accelerated test methodologies.
- Knowledge of JEDEC and other industry-standard reliability specifications.
- Understanding of reliability modeling, data analytics, and statistics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
