Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in design, business, or related field.
7+ years of experience in design operations,designprogram management, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
Expert in user-centered methodologies.
Proactive approach to work, comfortable in ambiguity with an ability to get work organized and completed.
track recordof driving operational excellence and process improvement.
Experience with design tools and software (e.g., Asana, Figma).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in business administration or related field.
