· Assist in preparing presentations and demos: Support the Pre-Sales team in creating tailored demos, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
· Technical support for proposals: Help develop and customize technical proposals, including gathering requirements and crafting solutions.
· Market research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to help identify potential business opportunities.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of proposals, technical documents, and sales support materials.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
· Product training: Gain knowledge of the company’s products and services to confidently assist in pre-sales activities.
Requirements:
· Recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer-facing roles.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Basic understanding of business processes, technology solutions, and customer needs.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferred but not required).
