As the Director of Product Marketing for Service Cloud Voice, you'll be responsible for defining, communicating, and executing the product marketing strategy. In this role, you'll craft compelling product messaging and positioning, share inspiring stories, and deliver groundbreaking demos. You'll collaborate with teams across product management, go-to-market, campaigns, content, events, and sales enablement to drive pipeline growth and attract new customers.We're seeking a creative, driven, and passionate Product Marketer with strong presentation skills, executive presence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity. You’ll bring expertise in product positioning, strategy, customer and competitive intelligence, and segmentation. Your experience in building scalable programs and driving cross-functional alignment will be key to your success.
Responsibilities

  • Craft unique messaging and value propositions that drive innovation for customers while showcasing the value of Service Cloud Voice.
  • Develop industry-specific thought leadership content, including webinars, blogs, and case studies, to build awareness and generate interest.
  • Lead impactful product launches that motivates customers to purchase Service Cloud Voice and inspire analysts to recommend Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the go-to-market team to convert marketing and industry initiatives into actionable sales plays and enablement strategies that accelerate business growth.
  • Design and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences, motivating them to learn how Service Cloud Voice can benefit their business.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, industry marketing or corporate marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in the contact center, telephony market, or CCaaS market.
  • Ability to strategize and craft compelling messaging and positioning for technology products.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to executive leaders, cross-functional teams, and customers.
  • Skilled in creating a wide range of marketing assets, including product demo videos, pitch decks, and customer success stories.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of using data to drive decisions and consistently achieving measurable marketing goals.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Service Cloud Voice and expertise in the contact center, telephony, or CCaaS market.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to take ownership of new projects and lead through ambiguity.
  • Positive, can-do attitude that fosters optimism, creativity, and a continuous desire to learn and grow.
