Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
Ability to communicate in English and Slovak/Czech fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with hunting, acquisition, and within a start-up environment.
Experience in planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and meet quotas to drive growth.
Ability to work in a changing environment.
Ability to think strategically about issues and develop recommendations and action plans, with excellent analytical skills.
