Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Drive Leadership, Performance, Betterment, Talent Management for Emerging Markets. Implement all leadership and talent development programs, events, and activities through the lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to support individual growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director Talent Partnering EM, and HR Leads to implement or build where required, talent and leadership development strategy/concepts aligned to the needs of the organization.
  • Point of contact for the respective assigned HR leaders and HR Partners in regard to all HR Talent-related programs and services.
  • Contribute to channeling of information between Global HR Talent organization and business.
  • Support aggregation of feedback and business needs to Global Talent organization for input to core programs and for alignment of priorities and resource allocation.
  • Partner closely with HR teams to support consistent execution excellence of all talent programs in all locations. Upskill HR teams and business teams (if needed) on core talent programs and initiatives.
  • Co-facilitate workshops and meetings with HR Partners where it aligns with the Talent Partner role. (e.g. TLU, succession & talent conferences, team development workshops etc.)
  • Implement talent and leadership concepts into the organization to increase leadership strength and close the talent gap in the business.
  • Conduct data analysis and identify the learning and development needs of the organization.
  • Builddevelopment programsin collaboration with Talent experts for the respective area,lead the full scope and ensure effective communication with participants to ensure they are fully invested and receive maximum returns.
  • Support business transformations with relevant Talent content.
  • Create content and material forupskilling sessions and follow-ups to support an effective learning transfer.
  • Lead the key talent projects for the Function/Market to support business talent needs, actively participate and contribute in global talent projects representing Emerging Markets.
  • Embed DEI strategies and tactics within all talent processes to ensure there is equity and inclusion across all processes.
  • Support any Talent ad hoc requests and other initiatives as required.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to think strategically to partner with HR and business management.
  • Cross-functional experience in Talent areas (Talent Management, Leadership & Learning, Organizational Development, DEI); strong knowledge of the Talent core processes. Good understanding of integrated Talent experiences.
  • Commercial awareness, customer focus, understanding of HR and business strategy and processes.
  • Facilitation skills and internal consulting skills; ability to analyze the situation and provide effective solutions, basic program design skills, consulting mindset with good executional skills and follow through.
  • A good team player and self-starter.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present and sell concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to build trustful relationships with key stakeholders and HR partners, and manage conflicts.
  • Proven project management skills.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent preferably with a focus in Talent Management, HRM, Psychology orPersonnel Management.
  • Minimum 7-8 years progressive work experience in the field of HR (preferably in an international organization, ideally with both HRBP and Talent experience).
  • Experience in the implementation of HR Tools.
  • Experience in managing change initiatives.
  • Growth and international mindset.
  • Fluent in English.
