Induction Week:Experience a week-long onboarding and training session with interns across Wells Fargo. Here you will get a jump start on yourexperience that includes networking opportunities with peers and leaders.
On-the-job experience: You willhave meaningful and in-depthexperiencesworking as part of a high-performing team.By activelyparticipatingin their team’s day-to-day activities, interns build analytical skills and basic understanding of key processes.
Professional support: You willpartnerwithhigh-performingemployeeswho will be your resourcesand coaches, available to answerquestions, helpnavigatechallengingsituations, andgivefeedback throughout the course of the summer.

In this role you will:
Participate in formal internship program activities,workshops,and various initiatives within the internship program.

Conduct research and financial analysis to assess client needs toidentifyoptimalWells Fargo products and services.

Program Duration:

Ideal candidates for this role must have the following:

Solid problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Energetic self-starter who proactively takes initiative,remainscuriousand has a genuine interest in learning and growth.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
Required Qualifications, US:
6+ months of work experience, or equivalentdemonstratedthrough one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degreewith an expected graduation date between December 2026or May/June 2027. All majorswelcome.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through one or more of the following: volunteerism, student organizationinvolvement, study abroad program(s), leadership position(s), non-profit involvement
Proven ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a collaborative, change driven atmosphere
