Your Role and Responsibilities
As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional software experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass the design and implementation of innovative features, fine-tuning and sustaining existing code for optimal performance, and guaranteeing top-notch quality through rigorous testing and debugging. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll be working closely with fellow developers, designers, and product managers to ensure our software aligns seamlessly with user expectations.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring, administration, and preventative maintenance work for Envizi application and services
• Providing general problem diagnosis and technical support to internal and external inquiries in North America/Europe regions
• Administration of IIS Web Server environments and Windows Server systems
• Administration of cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure) and proactive monitoring, maintenance, and support of cloud services

• Ansible
• Linux servers
• Compliance: FedRAMP, SOC1/SOC2 or ISO certification

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of experience with cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)
• 5+ years experience with system administration/support or similar roles
• 3+ years experience in Windows Server System Administration (Windows Server 2019/2022)
• 2+ years of scripting and language skills – such as PowerShell
