Your responsibilities will be to:

• Lead the R&D engineering team of around 5 and act as an individual contributor to projects

• Integrate customer requirements into product development from design to serial production

• Allocate project resources for testing, validation and tooling

• Engage with global engineering teams related to Vision/Lightning product development, component design and change management

• Ensure technical folders are organized and design justifications are clear

• Act as the main contact for internal and customer audits and customer visits

• Ensure that the system complies with IATF and ISO standards

• Applying and ensuring the application of safety, environmental and security rules

• Manage risk boundaries and validate decisions

Our requirements:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Experience in product development and project management in the automotive industry

• French and English language proficiency

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Knowledge of IATF and ISO standards

• Commitment to sustainability
