What You’ll Do
  • Strategic Planning & Delivery Optimization:
    • Develop and manage delivery programs and initiatives that align with Tesla’s overall strategy, with a focus on customer experience, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
    • Analyze data, trends, and feedback to identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
    • Collaborate with Customer Engagement Managers, Sales, Service, and Logistics to streamline the full end-to-end delivery journey.
    • Plan and coordinate delivery events, ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Ensure proper planning for vehicle staging, parking capacity, and logistics coordination.
  • Delivery Execution & Resource Planning:
    • Forecast manpower requirements and allocate additional support during peak delivery days.
    • Establish scalable processes to improve delivery efficiency and optimize available resources.
  • Process & Compliance Management:
    • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for back-end processes related to vehicle operations and fulfilment.
    • Define and track program KPIs, report on program success, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Tesla’s operational policies.
  • Team Management & Leadership:
    • Lead and manage a team of Delivery Advisors, ensuring they have the necessary tools, knowledge, and guidance to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and development opportunities for the team.
    • Establish best practices for customer interactions, vehicle handovers, and issue resolution
What You’ll Bring
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in project management, operations, or logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and delivering operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership.
  • Experience in field/market operations is a plus.
  • Experience managing teams
  • Business proficiency in English and local languages.
  • Valid driver’s license holder.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
