- Strategic Planning & Delivery Optimization:
- Develop and manage delivery programs and initiatives that align with Tesla’s overall strategy, with a focus on customer experience, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Analyze data, trends, and feedback to identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with Customer Engagement Managers, Sales, Service, and Logistics to streamline the full end-to-end delivery journey.
- Plan and coordinate delivery events, ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure proper planning for vehicle staging, parking capacity, and logistics coordination.
- Delivery Execution & Resource Planning:
- Forecast manpower requirements and allocate additional support during peak delivery days.
- Establish scalable processes to improve delivery efficiency and optimize available resources.
- Process & Compliance Management:
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for back-end processes related to vehicle operations and fulfilment.
- Define and track program KPIs, report on program success, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Tesla’s operational policies.
- Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of Delivery Advisors, ensuring they have the necessary tools, knowledge, and guidance to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and development opportunities for the team.
- Establish best practices for customer interactions, vehicle handovers, and issue resolution
- 7+ years of relevant experience in project management, operations, or logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and delivering operational improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Experience in field/market operations is a plus.
- Experience managing teams
- Business proficiency in English and local languages.
- Valid driver’s license holder.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
