Key responsibilities:

  • Run projects with multiple teams, managing budget and resources
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management and multi-tasking capability
  • Scope, plan, and lead UX activities from initial requirements to concept, interaction design and development. Produce storyboards, scenarios, user flows, wireframes, design prototypes and UI specifications
  • Execute hands-on – from concept stages to final fit-n-finish, and craft them with high visual quality and communication
  • Establish cross-functional relationships within the wider EY consultancy to help cross-selling product design services.
  • Drive cross-discipline development. Establish rituals for sharing, learning, and collaborating
  • Excel at communication and engagement
  • Develop strong collaborative and commercial network with other studios
  • Stay updated on the latest developments/trends/thinking around UI/UX methods and tools
  • Support business development, including shaping and presenting proposals to potential clients
  • Mentor, support and inspire other designers and colleagues, and help others grow
  • Work in close contact with adjacent disciplines: design research, service design, business design and technology

  • Demonstrated ability to apply the skill to solve complex, multifaceted and/or new problems, and to apply their knowledge and skill to customize solutions to specific requirements.
  • Find ways to improve coordination of work in progress, and utilization of staff within and across teams, and exercise leadership in a collaborative way
  • Enable the development of a positive team environment, balancing individual initiative with team collaboration, and with EY priorities.
  • Find ways to improve the balance between personal and professional commitments and develop greater personal well-being for self and team members

Who you’ll be:

  • A skilled digital experience designer and design leader with good years of relevant design experience
  • Designer with experience creating multi-modal design; demonstrated ability to span usability to motion design
  • Outgoing, results-oriented, motivated, and naturally collaborative
  • Possess exceptional verbal, written, visual communication, and facilitation skills in English; attention to detail, and proud of one’s skill and craft
  • Experienced with project -managing and lead design projects – timelines, deliverables, milestones, reviews, governance etc.
  • Master of your toolbox – expert at one or more of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Principle etc. Deep understanding of design systems, UI patterns, and UI tech such as HTML5/CSS3/angular/bootstrap etc.
  • Owner of a fantastic portfolio you can share.
