Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex process problems which require an in-depth evaluation of basic securities processing procedures and industry standards
• Offer advanced solutions for assigned securities processing areas
• Provide guidance and assistance to junior staff
• Serve as analytical or procedural expert for securities processing deliverables/initiatives
• Manage daily performance related to securities post-settlement activities of operations processes
• Coordinate with internal and external clients to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement
• Assist with the development of new techniques and streamlining securities processing activities
• Daily regulatory reporting (TRACE/MSRB) exception management
• Daily reconciliation and remediation for all trading activity performed by the Trading desk
• Investigation and resolution of all the above exceptions on our Controls Dashboard, providing commentary for senior governance forums
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Experience with NetX 360 preferred
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
