Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled EPM Developer-Analyst to join our IT team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions to support our organization's financial consolidation, planning and analysis processes. Primary duties are to:

  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle EPM solutions, including EPBCS, FCCS, Essbase & DRM applications
  • Develop and maintain data integration processes between EPM and other IT applications
  • Write MR / FRS reports per business requirements
  • Prep & optimize existing EPM applications for consistent performance through monthly cycles
  • Troubleshoot support incidents and resolve system issues & user queries on data / Smart View
  • Work with onsite/offshore team to transition knowledge & hand-off work items
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EPM technologies and best practices
Qualifications

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / related Engineering / Administration field along with 8+ years of relevant professional experience in following areas.

Technical:

  • Oracle Cloud EPM Suite (EPBCS and/or FCCS primary, PCMCS, ARCS, NRCS, EDMCS or TRCS secondary)
  • Oracle Hyperion Essbase & Planning (on-premises)
  • Oracle DRM & DRG
  • Oracle FDMEE & Cloud Data Management
  • Oracle FRS / MR Reports & Smart View
  • Experience with SQL, integration tools (e.g., ODI, Informatica) and scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript, Python, Linux shell or Windows batch)

Functional:

  • In-depth knowledge of financial planning and consolidation processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • IT SDLC & ITIL Change Management experience
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Oracle EPM certifications preferred
