• Support Data-Driven Decision Making: Assist the team in making informed decisions by providing accurate and timely data analysis.
• Scope and Execute Analysis: Define the scope and approach of analyses, delivering results through effective storytelling and data visualization.
• Dashboard Development and Management: Create new dashboards and continuously improve existing reports to meet evolving business needs.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Respond to ad-hoc requests with quick and accurate data insights.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to optimize processes and enhance analytical methodologies.

What you will bring:

• Analytical mindset & problem-solving ability and business acumen: Good understanding of e-commerce, ads & eBay’s business
• Technical skills: proficiency in SQL & Excel/Gsheet (required) ; experience with data visualization tools eg: Tableau, PowerBI, Looker (good to have)
• Good communication & presentation skills: Competence in presenting data and insights to stakeholders, using appropriate visualizations and storytelling techniques
• Very good academic performance, preferably from the fields of business, economics, marketing, data science, business analytics.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (German is a plus)
• Enrolment in an university course required for the entire duration of the internship
