Recruiter – Talent (Student Recruitment)
In this role you will work with the wider Student Recruitment team and our business to source and attract university talent into a range of roles, through campus events, career insight days and events. You will also be expected to use online forums such as LinkedIn, to promote early career opportunities and initiatives.
Your key responsibilities
You will be expected to be present in the EY Dublin office when required by your team lead, and at various university campuses during key student recruitment campaigns. When you are on campus, you will be building relationships with careers offices and attracting potential leaders of the future. You will represent EY at careers fairs and present to large groups of students on why EY is a great place to create your future.
A key part of this role is to work with our recruitment marketing department on building social assets in the form of Instagram stories and Facebook content to enhance engagement with the student population.Skills and attributes for success
• Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency and experience in managing large volumes of data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Commercial awareness and understanding of measuring progress against business goals, while regularly providing updates to your team lead and stakeholders
• Demonstrated talent acquisition and sourcing experience
• Experience and comfort with public speaking and presenting
• Strong project management skills with experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong resilience and the ability to work under pressure in a complex business, with the ability to respond to change and lead others through change
Desired but not essential
• Previous experience working in a professional services environment
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards
