- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing warehousing and supply chain operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in data center equipment environments or computer component manufacturing.
- Experience in forecasting, data modeling, production management, and data analysis across multiple asynchronous systems.
- Experience in problem-solving, third-party logistics vendor relationships, user documentation, and user training.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of time as needed.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply structured thinking, provide solutions, manage multiple changing priorities.
