Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with Hardware Test Management (e.g., test methodologies, planning, execution, and reporting).
- Experience operating Antenna and RF test equipment (OTA anechoic chamber, network analyzers, spectrum analyzer, signal generators, RF communication testers, C-SAR).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with scripting and automation tools for data collection and analysis.
- Experience driving new technologies in the domain of RF and Antenna hardware testing.
- Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., PTCRB, WIFI alliance, etc.), regulatory requirements (FCC, IC, CE etc.), and their respective certification processes.
- Familiarity with CTIA test plans and Carriers OTA specifications.
- Proficiency in identifying the root cause of any test discrepancies and troubleshooting problems with devices and test platforms.
