Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a clinical or medical settings, preferably with surgical room exposure. Proven track record in technical product support during medical or surgical procedures.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of surgical clinical environments. Skilled in intraoperative support, troubleshooting, and use of advanced medical technologies.
Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to train, educate, and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, translating technical information into clinical value.
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly assess issues during clinical procedures and provide effective and proactive solutions, also ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Business curiosity: Commercially curious, able to identify clinical opportunities that translate into competitive advantages.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clinical support and training initiatives across diverse stakeholders.
