Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 5 years of experience in cluster-level deployment using Kubernetes, Slurm or other orchestrators.
- 5 years of experience with infrastructure design.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- Experience building and deploying machine learning or high-performance computing (HPC) workloads in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 3 years of experience working in a changing organization.
- Experience with AI /ML Infrastructure.
- Experience with software development in a programming language (e.g., C++).
