- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience analyzing data and creating reports with statistical, quantitative modeling, and forecasting.
- Experience in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, operations or test validation for mechanical, fabrication, generator, or HVAC infrastructure equipment.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Certification in Six Sigma Blackbelt, American Society for Quality (CQE, CQM, CRE, or CQA), or equivalent certification.
- Knowledge in Design of Experiments, statistical analysis and process control, and familiarity with application of statistical analysis tools such as JMP/SAS/Minitab/ANOVA.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure Standards applied to Mission Critical Operations (ANSI, ASME, APQP, NFPA/NEC, UL, etc.).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure equipment design, manufacturing, and deployment at Data Centers or other Mission Critical Operations.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed.
